Summary 🍪

In the age of AI, we’re offering something different: a day of digital silence 📵 No planning from your side. Just step in our van, switch off your challenges and anxieties, and welcome to a parallel universe of travel adventures, meaningful connections and insights — from morning till late night 🌙 Here’s our setup: ☝️ eight innovators ☝️ one minivan ☝️ one host — facilitator, driver, and vibe curator in one ☝️ one full day to reset, recharge, reconnect, and bring out your inner child No screens. No endless scrolling. No AI. Just real conversations, beautiful nature, spontaneous moments, and maybe a glass of wine. Or two 😏 Localie launched networking trips in Amsterdam in November 2022 targeting international professionals in tech and creative industries. We have hosted more than 200 trips and helped over 500 talents to connect in a time when loneliness is everywhere. Our community members found new friends, future co-founders, new jobs, creative collaborators and even life partners. Now, for the very first time ever, we’re bringing this format to San Francisco for just a couple of weekends. Bring your friends, invite your colleagues, tell your community — and be among the first to experience it. HOW DOES IT WORK?

1️⃣ DOOR-TO-DOOR PICKUP In the morning, your host picks you up right from your doorstep in our minivan. The host is your driver, but also professional facilitator with a tech background, there to make everyone feel comfortable and help the group connect from the very beginning. 2️⃣ A DAY PLANNED AND ORGANIZED FOR YOU We take care of everything. The day is thoughtfully designed and filled with fun, relaxing activities to help you unwind after a busy week. No stress, no logistics, no planning — just hop in and enjoy the ride. 3️⃣ FROM STRANGERS TO FRIENDS The facilitator’s mission is simple: turn a group of nine strangers into a warm group of close friends. Expect meaningful conversations, unexpected stories, and inspiring people you probably wouldn’t have met otherwise. 4️⃣ BRING YOUR CHALLENGE — AND YOUR SUPERPOWER On every trip, we invite everyone to share two things: what challenge they’re currently facing, and what they can offer to others. Sometimes one conversation can unlock an idea, solve a problem, or give a long-stuck project the push it needed. 5️⃣ HOME AGAIN, RECHARGED At the end of the day, we’ll bring you back to your doorstep feeling refreshed, inspired, and full of energy. 💰 Included in the price: all transfers, the full trip program, and vineyard entry. ❌ Not included: food and drinks — these are paid separately on site by each participant.

Trip Program ⏱

Day 1 - Program of the Day
1

Picking you up at your doorstep

Welcome to our little luxury service 🥂😅 This is your weekend, so we’ll arrange a pickup point as close to your home as possible — anywhere in the Bay Area. Once you book your trip, a chat with the host will be created. You can share the pickup point that works best for you — whether it’s your home or anywhere else. We’ll take care of the logistics and get back to you with the best plan.

2

Brunch, coffee, and getting acquainted

Once everyone is on board, we’ll make our first stop — _________ at _______ in San Francisco. The loveliest spot to grab a bite, sip great coffee, and start getting to know each other. Every Networking Trip begins with introductions. Each guest gets a chance to share their story, gently guided by the host. After that, everyone is invited to answer two simple questions: 1️⃣ What’s your biggest challenge right now? Be open and honest — someone in the group may have exactly the experience, insight, or connection you need. 2️⃣ How might you be able to help others? Sometimes the most valuable part of the trip is realizing not only what you need, but also what you can offer.

3

Soft hike among redwoods

After brunch, we’ll cross the Golden Gate Bridge and leave the city behind for a softer, greener world. Among towering redwoods, fresh air, and quiet trails, the pace of the day shifts. This part of the trip is all about slowing down, breathing deeper, and letting conversations unfold naturally. No rush, no noise — just nature, perspective, and the kind of connection that happens more easily when people are walking side by side.

4

Picnic at a sideway: In&Out

A networking trip is not a networking trip without a little bit of playful chaos and a roadside feast 😏 On our way further north, we’ll make a fun stop for an iconic California picnic with burgers, fries, and that unbeatable “we’re-on-a-road-trip” feeling. Simple food just hits differently when you’re surrounded by great people, fresh air, and a full day of adventure ahead. This stop is all about relaxing, laughing, and letting conversations flow naturally — no agenda, no pressure, just good vibes and an honest slice of California culture.

5

Visiting Keller Estate Winery

After the forest and the road-trip buzz, it’s time to slow down and settle into one of the most special stops of the day — Keller Estate Winery. We picked this winery not only for its views and wines, but for its story. Keller Estate is a family-run winery in the Petaluma Gap, where Mexican heritage meets cool-climate winemaking — a blend of cultures, traditions, and modern California wine country that feels beautifully aligned with the spirit of this trip. There’s another reason this place stands out. Before building the winery, Arturo Keller built his career in automotive upholstery and seating and became a passionate collector of classic cars. That history still lives on at the estate — which is why you’ll spot beautiful retro cars on the property, adding an unexpected touch of character and soul to the whole experience. It makes Keller feel personal, distinctive, and quietly unforgettable — not just another winery stop, but a place with its own heartbeat.

6

Dinner and lazy stroll in charming Petaluma

To close the day, we’ll head to Petaluma — one of Northern California’s most charming small towns, with a big personality. Once a bustling river town during the Gold Rush and later famous as the “Egg Basket of the World,” Petaluma still wears its history beautifully — from vintage architecture and old iron-front buildings to its laid-back, lively downtown streets. This is exactly why we love it for the final chapter of the trip. Petaluma feels warm, cinematic, and effortlessly cool — the kind of place made for a long dinner, a slow evening walk, and those conversations you don’t want to end. We’ll find a lovely spot to eat, share highlights from the day, laugh about the unexpected moments, and let the whole experience gently sink in. No rush, no hard stop — just a beautiful ending to a day that was never meant to feel ordinary.

7

Heading back to SF and Bay Area. Delivering you to the closest possible point to your home.

And then — back on the road. Tired in the best possible way, full of fresh impressions, unexpected connections, new stories, and maybe even a few new friends. We’ll bring you back as close to your home as possible, so the whole experience feels smooth and effortless from start to finish. All you really need to do is show up, switch off, and say yes to the adventure — we’ll take care of the rest.

I'm truly a world citizen, and explaining my origin is challenging. Born and raised in Ukraine, I moved to Russia at 13 due to my parents' relocation. I never felt at home in Russia, but I did find good friends and tons of inspiration there. Fueled by a constant dream to leave Russia, I embraced the identity of a world citizen. At 20, I spent four months in the USA on an internship program, living in OBX, North Carolina. High five if you know what I'm talking about 😉 After university, I bega...
